These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CaloriZen app. By using CaloriZen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use CaloriZen.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CaloriZen for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
CaloriZen provides general wellness and informational content only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition estimates, AI-generated guidance, and workout suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine, especially if you have a medical condition. Use of the app is at your own risk.
CaloriZen offers an auto-renewable subscription, CaloriZen Premium (for example, $9.99/month or $59.99/year; prices may vary by region).
You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as photos and notes) and grant us a license to use it solely to provide the app's features to you. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your content and third-party data) are owned by CaloriZen and protected by applicable laws.
CaloriZen relies on third-party services (including Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, and AI providers) and data (including Open Food Facts). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaloriZen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using CaloriZen at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
